After I finished the last intervention, I turned back to develop my prototype in the action research cycle.
Action Research
Planning & Reflection: Revise the prototype following feedback.
Action: Testing the audience with a new prototype.
Observing: Notice a different reaction or feedback.
Gathering feedback from audiences is an important thing to develop. I get some ideas from people's feedback such as adding the detail and changing the content to make it easy to understand. So, it is an opportunity to see a small change in my process.
Prototype: A Stimulated Service Platform - Version 2
Focus on: Notice the different reactions from the audiences.
Format: Version2 of a Simulated Service website to organize the workflow and provide basic practice knowledge.
Tool: Sketch steps workflow (Presentation) on iPad, and explanation.
Feedback from Stakeholder
- More clearly and understand the process of workflows.
- Adding a description of the meaning makes it more reliable.
Next Steps
- This project will test in the public area with general people and see their reactions.
